Love Dr.Appiah! She is so kind, attentive and really customizes your care plan to your needs!

Moving to the DMV, I was hoping to find a dermatologist that I could stick with and improve my skin for the better, I did my research and found Dr. Appiah . She is knowledgeable and attentive, and as a new patient, she took time to listen to my concerns, I wasn't rushed at all. All the products she recommended for my skin is working very well. Prescription was ordered in a timely manner. Also, I was ushered in to see the Dr. almost as soon as I had arrived, that was nice as that is rare nowadays. The office staff is helpful and friendly. I will recommend Dr. Appiah any day, I’m glad to have found her.

I don’t understand why this practice is less than 4.5 star ratings. What I love is EVERYTHING, from the front office staff to the nurses and doctors, they all know what they are doing, quick and easy sign-in process then within minutes, through the hallway to an individual room. It’s usually less than 5 minutes before the doctor or RN comes by and visits. I’ve only taken my kids and each and every time, the conversation has always been perfect between my kids and the doctor to understand the issue or understand the situation if it’s a follow up… usually out the door within 20, 30 mins max, from time of arrival. I’m now changing my personal dermatologist to All Phases. They don’t cram the lobby, I’ve only witnesses 2 other patients in the waiting room same time I’ve waited, but always noticed how friendly the staff were towards their patients. Whatever system they use, some of the bigger players could learn a lot from.

I wanted a Dermatologist that understood my skin problem and I have been nothing but pleased with every appointment that I have with this office.

AllPhases Dermatology provided exceptional patient service. They were responsive and patient and took the time to explain my diagnosis with me and the prescribed medication as well. The front desk staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable and confident as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you “Day”. Lastly, Dr. Ndon was pleasantly energetic and well versed regarding my diagnosis. After a few attempts with other offices, I believe I’ve finally found the right physicians/office.

The office manager was so nice and helpful. I was filling a prescription for my sick and disabled grandmother and wasn’t sure what to do seeing as though it was my first time ever. Your wonderful office manager took the time to help get it processed at my local pharmacy super close to my home with no hassle at all. She deserves a raise and I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know. It really just takes a little kindness and it goes a long way. Thank you to that office manager, Michelle.
